Moving? Switched birth control? Found out you’re pregnant? Whatever your reason, we’ve got you covered. If you need to pause or skip a shipment, you can do so by following these steps.
- Log-in to your account
- From the home page, click "Adjust shipment" at top of the page- OR -
- From the account page, click "Change your plan"
- Click "Change order date"
- A window will appear with four options:
- Pause for 1 month
- Pause for 2 months
- Pause for 3 months
- Select a date
- Must be a weekday (Monday - Friday)
- Must be 7 days from the current date
- The date chosen is the estimated delivery date*
After you've made your selection, you should see it on the account page. If you don't, you can refresh your account page to make sure it went through.
