Moving? Switched birth control? Found out you’re pregnant? Whatever your reason, we’ve got you covered. If you need to pause or skip a shipment, you can do so by following these steps.
- Log into your Account Page.
- Click on Account at the top to make sure you're at the main Account Page
- Scroll down to the 'Manage Your Plan' section and click on 'Pause or Cancel Delivery'
- Then, a window will appear with four options:
- Pause for 1 month
- Pause for 2 months
- Pause for 3 months
- Cancel my Membership
- Once you select an option you'll see a confirmation message letting you know that the change that has been made.
You should now see the update on your account page, if you don't, you can refresh your account page to make sure it went through.
