We try to fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to adjust or cancel a shipment. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed, that means if you're received a confirmation email with an order number, we are unable to cancel that order.
If you’re on a FLEX disc subscription, you can cancel and edit your subscription any time fifteen business days after placing your first order. This allows time for shipping and for you to try FLEX out. You also receive an email 3 days before your next order is scheduled to process in case you need to make any changes.
You can adjust your plan and next order date by logging into your account. Changes or cancellations sent to us through an email take 1-2 business days to process, so make sure you contact us a few business days before your order is scheduled to process if you'd like us to make changes for you.
