We try to fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to adjust your order or to prevent your order from shipping. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.
If you’re on a FLEX disc subscription, you can cancel and edit your subscription any time fifteen business days after placing your first order. This allows time for shipping and for you to try FLEX. You also receive a reminder email 3 days before your order is scheduled to process in case you need to make any changes.
You can edit and adjust your plan and next order date by logging into your account. Changes or cancellations sent through an email take 1-2 business days to process, so make sure you contact us a few business days before your order is scheduled to process.
