You can always pause, skip or cancel your orders or subscription when signed into your account or by reaching out to Customer Support.
Changes must be made before your next processing date because once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
We do send out an email before the next order is placed to give you time to make changes or cancel it before the order processes. An email with the subject line: "We’re Packing up your next box of FLEX" is always sent out a few days prior to an order being processed.
As stated in our terms and conditions, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final.
